PURPOSES OF THE GROUP AS OUTLINED IN ITS ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, 1987, STATE OF ILINOIS.​

To provide philanthropic assistance and service to non-profits, national, international, community organizations which provide various support services to inhabitants of communities in which they reside. Religious organizations; foundations; urban service groups; scholarship funds; hospitals; museums; senior citizen organizations; child support groups; academic institutions; etc. To create similar organizations or chapters nationally and internationally of the Rat Pack whose function is to implement the purposes stated above in the communities of local Chapter organizations. And to provide forums through which relevant issues pertaining to the needs of a locally community based population can be discussed and implemented.​
